My groceries came late and very incomplete. This is the third time over half my order just didn't show up, my written instructions on substitutions were ignored AND no one called me to ask for further details, despite my phone number and directions TO call being PART of the instructions in the first place.

I've been using this grocery story (with delivery) for three to four years. To say I'm highly disappointed at this decrease in customer service and efficientcy is beyond an understatement. I buy groceries online to save myself time and energy. Running around trying to buy the groceries they don't fulfill seriously negates the usefulness. And the delivery charge could be the cost of a taxi.

Now to figure out what new place to buy groceries from - I currently have no clue. And right now I'm seriously pouting over not having but one can of pineapple in the house and half my order of chicken.

ETA: It's very annoying that any possible 'new grocery plan' I come up with right now, makes me cringe at the thought of my possible exhaustion over pushing a cart around with food in it, calling a cab and wrestling it into said cab. Have to think about finding a grocery store wherein I feel comfy - unfortunately the last store I felt comfy enough to stop and rest in, and space out if I needed to was Whole Foods (:()

Son of ETA: Yeah, I maintain 2007 is still kicking my ass. Or hey, what's the Jewish year? Maybe my new year won't start until September.

I have mocked LKH in song (lyrics).

Yeah, lack of proper groceries and the general wtf of my life = "Bitch Please" and then, mockery.

Oh dear.
