I use my old journal mostly to comment on delux-vivens.livejournal.com's journal. And DeadbroWalking, LKH_Lashouts + Torcherbearers, both communities that do not allow anonymous posting.

I'm not comfortable, but now being a basic account, I find I can just about tolerate my discomfort. OTOH, if LJ's newest releases are cocking up OpenID use, here comes another evaluation. And it won't take much thinking at all for me to decide to simply stop reading those three journals.

PS: Of course iJay's loading a bit slow, so it could be a problem on their end. Still....
