Went to bed in the wee hours of the morning late Thursday night / Friday morning. I was feeling icky, too icky for sleep. But finally the pain reached the point where I had to be horizontal. So I went to bed.
Somehow, some. how I managed to put myself in the exact perfect position for a good night's rest. Minimal tossing and turning and when I woke up, I not only didn't feel like crap, I not only felt rested, but before I could stop myself, I was doing morning yoga stretches while still half asleep.
I have had the energy to make myself a good nutritious, delicious, meal, instead of putting things together that fit the requirements and don't take too much concentration, energy or standing about.
I have even played with the cat, much to her delight.
