I just called this apt's leasing office. Around 11:50am. The individual I spoke to is not even the new office manager. He's some sort of consultant for the landlord. A consultant that knows shit all about the programs the landlord is a part of. Do note he did not call me to tell me that I was right and he was wrong for rejecting my rent and 30 day notice yesterday. I had to call him and inquire as to if I could pay my rent today.
Dear Craptastic Landlord. You are so full of FAIL.
